"They" say that Americans have a sense of entitlement that drives them to feel some sense of having a right to a good job, vacation, spacious warm home, relationships that stand the test of time, freedom and a comfortable retirement. This sense drives people to feel wronged, place blame, overextend themselves and cultivate irrational expectations based on a lackluster level of personal investment. I'd like to lose this sense that lurks inside and be more thankful for what I do enjoy.
